Privacy notice

Last updated: 19 October 2026

This notice explains how ROWSCO Ltd handles personal information relating to this website and business enquiries.

Who is responsible?

ROWSCO Ltd is the controller of personal information used to manage its enquiries and business relationships. Our registered office is 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. Company number: 07966083.

Information and purposes

If you email us, we receive the contact details, professional information and correspondence you choose to provide. We use this to respond, discuss potential work and manage business relationships. Please do not send patient information or sensitive health data through a general enquiry.

Our lawful basis for ordinary business correspondence is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our consultancy. Where you are personally entering a contract with us, we may process information to take steps at your request before a contract or to perform that contract. We may retain relevant records to meet legal obligations.

Website operation and cookies

This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, contact forms, embedded social media, or browser storage. Revealing the email address takes place in your browser and does not submit your details to us.

The site is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. When served there, Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request times, to deliver and secure the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Any additional analytics or tracking would require this notice to be reviewed before activation.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers for website delivery and business email, including Cloudflare and Google Workspace respectively. Relevant information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities where necessary for advice or a legal obligation. We do not sell your personal information.

Providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, applicable adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards are used for international transfers. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

How long information is kept

We keep enquiry information for as long as necessary to respond and manage any resulting business relationship. Retention is assessed according to the nature of the correspondence, ongoing business needs, applicable record-keeping obligations and the need to establish or defend legal claims. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive portable data where that right applies. We do not use enquiry information for automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.

To exercise a right or raise a concern, contact us using the button below or write to our registered office. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office via ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
